Hyderabad has topped the list of 10 most sought after investment destinations in the realty sector in the Asia Pacific region, owing to growth prospects in commercial office activity. Most of the global investments for this year will be made in commercial office assets as markets in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Pune are well poised to be far ahead of other cities from emerging economies in Asia Pacific.
